FWD: BNL HEPAP Subpanel Meeting

If your schedule permits, you might want to poke your head into the
meetings of the DOE/NSF Panel HEPAP Subpanel on Long-Range Planning for
US HEP, Brookhaven National Lab (more info below) coming up next week
here at BNL next week. Having worked in experimental HEP for a couple
years, and even though I'm still just a grad student, I can say that
making a switch to HEP from HENP, especially Heavy Ions, is a realisitic
way of expanding your post doctoral and future research options. It
looks like this important meeting will be discussing the future of both
fields, in fact.
