Great question!  I would like to tack onto your question:

What are good assessment practices?

We've heard from some folks about what teachers would need in training - is 
that what "good assessment practices" are?  Or is there more?  Should we 
list out some pieces?

While we're responding to Kerry's question about what, if anything, takes 
place in your program, district, or state, think about what constitutes the 
"good" part.
