President Bush, Singapore's Prime Minister Goh to Meet May 6

STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

Visit by Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong of Singapore

President Bush will meet with Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong of Singapore at the White House on May 6. Singapore is a strong partner in the war on terrorism and a member of the coalition on Iraq. President Bush looks forward to discussing how the United States and Singapore can further strengthen our excellent bilateral relations. He also looks forward to celebrating the landmark achievement of the U.S.-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.
