Dear Brownfielder, and those with an interest in Real Estate in Massachusetts

We invite you to attend the National Brownfield Association's, 
Massachusetts Chapter meeting, to be held at the College of the Holy 
Cross - Hogan Center, Worcester, MA from 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm on November 
13th, 2003.

This meeting will focus on educating developers on why brownfields make 
good redevelopment opportunities.  Featured speakers include three of 
the largest property owners in the Commonwealth who will discuss their 
divestiture strategies and showcase properties that they have for sale.

Immediately prior to the meeting an optional tour will include the 
Gateway,South Worcester Industrial Park, and GKH projects, as well as 
various "opportunity" sites for developers along the Southbridge Street 
corridor. A map showing these sites, along with site information, will 
be provided.

Following the presentation there will be a networking reception where 
attendees can enjoy beer, wine and appetizers as they view sites ready 
for redevelopment and meet with professionals service providers. Please
