The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order for the contractor to provide the following brand name items:5 ea – GKH-SVR-325 - Keyhole SERVER (Per machine with 1-2 CPUs for up to 250 users); 5 ea – GKH-SVR-329 – Keyhole Server -City Level Geocoder Module; 5 ea – GKH-SVR-327 – Keyhole Server – HTML Module; 5 ea – GKH-SVR-328 – Keyhole FUSION PRO - Processing Data Layers, Imagery, and Terrain Data (Per machine with 1-2 CPUs for up to 250 Users); 500 ea – GKH-CLT-325 – Keyhole EC; 1 ea – GKH-TRN-310 – Keyhole Immersive Training (Training fee for one major release 2-day course at Google in Mountain View, CA)

Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and total contract price. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirement for all line items.
