This is an update to the previously released Request for Information (RFI) N00024-08-R-6315 of February 2008, JCREW Pre-Solicitation Synopsis N00024-08-R-6324 of May 2008, and amendment to JCREW Pre-Solicitation Synopsis of July 2008.

This notice is to alert industry that the current Solicitation Number (N00024-08-R-6324) for the JCREW 3.3 System of Systems will no longer be utilized due to the change in fiscal years. From this point forward, Solicitation Number N00024-09-R-6303 will be utilized for the JCREW 3.3 System of Systems.

This notice also serves to alert industry that there will be a requirement for Offerors to provide a listing and pricing of Long Lead Material for each of the mounted, dismounted, and fixed systems within the System of Systems for future Low Rate Initial Production.

The RFP will be published in FEDBIZOPPS on the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested offerors should watch FEDBIZOPPS for release of the RFP.

The Navy anticipates RFP release in the first quarter of Government Fiscal Year (GFY) 2009, with award anticipated in third quarter GFY 2009.
