The Barcelona Consular District covers the provinces of Barcelona, Gerona, Huesca, Lérida, Tarragona,
Teruel, the Balearic Islands, Zaragoza, and the Principality of Andorra. This
list has been divided into sections, grouped by countries, autonomous
communities, provinces and cities.
At the present time, the rate of first-class air mail from the United States to Spain is: 80 cents for
the first ounce and 80 cents or fraction thereof. Registered mail may be sent
through the Spanish postal services and return receipts obtained.
International reply coupons should be used when it is desired to prepay a reply.
Credit reports can be obtained through banks or through commercial reporting agents such as Dun and
Bradstreet, Inc. whose Spanish headquarters are located in Madrid.
The American Consulate General at Barcelona assumes no responsibility for the professional ability or
integrity of the persons or firms whose names appear in the list given below.
Complaints should initially be addressed to the COLEGIO DE ABOGADOS (Bar
Association) in the city involved; if you wish you may send a copy of the
complaint to the Consulate. The names are arranged alphabetically, by province,
and the order in which they appear has no other significance.
The Consulate reserves its right to add, restrict or amend its attorneys list as necessary. If
this list is published it must be accompanied by a conspicuous statement in the
following terms: "These names have been furnished by the American Consulate
General in Barcelona, Spain".
