New PRDF error - and it's fix!

Howdy!

	A new error has cropped up in the PRDF macros generated by
   STAF-o-Matic.  The cause of this error and why it has suddenly
   appeared is unknown.  It manifests itself as an apparent
   segmentation violation in the mTLADCMoutput modules.  The crash is
   actually occuring when a dio/stream/close command is issued within
   STAF (this is not seen since the macro's verbosity stops at the
   output module).

	Here's the fix.  Simply remove all dio/stream/close calls
   from your macros.  Everything will still work normally.  STAF
   closes these streams automatically upon exit.

	The Monday update of STAF-o-Matic and the PRDF macros will
   have this call removed.
