System: TOW, For the following items for the procurement of ITAS FTL Retrofit parts which includes 814 Position Attitude Determination Subsystems, 678 Enhanced Symbology Circuit Card Assemblies, 678 Target Acquisition System Power Supplies and 418 Fire Control System Common Processors. Destination to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
