EPA-HQ-SFUND-2007-0469 Gareth Mackrill, 2209 NW Everett St #209 Portland OR 97210 - To Administrator Stephen L. Johnson: The Environmental Protection Agency should not suspend emissions reporting requirements for factory farms. The fact that you are even considering such a move shows that the EPA is more interested in protecting business interests from litigation than ordinary citizens from toxic gas emissions. People living near these facilities have the right to know what hazardous chemicals they are being exposed to. The EPA should not exempt factory farms from this very basic requirement. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Gareth Mackrill
