We have resumed posting of data from ALBH.

Significant changes have been made at the site due to a problem
identified with the P2 data.

A brief overview of the changes:
2003-08-26: Receiver changed
2003-08-28: Receiver disconnected from Maser; on internal clock;
2003-09-03: RG-214 cable replaced by Andrews FSJ-2-50 cable;
2003-09-05: Antenna replaced; dome replaced, RF screen removed;
2003-09-08: New RF screen added;
2003-09-10: Receiver connected to Maser;

An updated site log has been submitted and is also available by
anonymous FTP from:
 wcda.pgc.nrcan.gc.ca

We will be monitoring the performance of the site; any input
appreciated.

Due the extensive nature of the changes, anyone carrying out a time=20
series analysis of site position should consider solving for a step
at this time.

Many thanks to all who helped identify and trouble shoot
the problem.
