This announcement constitutes the only publication; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67854-09-Q-1033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 332992.

Overview of the Requirement: MARCORSYSCOM has a requirement for the following ammunition: Line Item 0001: Description: Brand name: Federal .45 185 GR FMJ SEMI WAD Match. Quantity: 35,000 rounds. Delivery to: Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA 22134, complete address to be provided on the award. Format for Quote: Offeror is to include all four parts. Part I: Pricing: the offeror shall provide a price for the line item: Shipping cost to be included in the price, Grand total for all above Part II: Delivery time frame (provide estimated delivery time); Partial delivery is acceptable; award may be made on available quantities on hand. However, final delivery for all items is desired no later then 27 March 2009. Part III: The name, title, telephone number, fax number and email address of the point of contact. Part IV: The nine-digit DUNS and the nine-digit TIN. DUNS is used to verify that the vendor is in CCR and a small business for the 332992 NAICS code. The Taxpayer Identificatio! n Number is necessary for electronic payment. Evaluation Factors: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, availability and other factors considered. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by MARCORSYSCOM.

In compliance with DFARS 252.232-7003, "Electronic Submission of ! Payment Requests (March 2008)", the United States Marine Corps (USMC) utilizes WAWF-RA to electronically process vendor requests for payment. The contractor is required to utilize this system when processing invoices and receiving reports under this contract - unless the provision at DFARS 252.232-7003(c) applies. The contractor shall (i) register to use WAWF-RA at https://wawf.eb.mil/ and (ii) ensure an Electronic Business Point of Contact is designated in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov , within ten (10) days after award of the contract or modification incorporating WAWF-RA into the contract. Offerors shall provide completed copies of FAR 52.212-3 or an online representations and certification application (ORCA) record with their quote. Offerors are required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). The closing date for this solicitation is 25 February 2009 at 1300 hr (1:00 PM) EST. The anticipated award date will be 27 February 2009.
