1. Fluorochemical composition comprising a dispersion or a solution of
(A) a fluorinated repellent compound, wherein said fluorinated compound comprises the reaction product of:
(i) a fluorinated polyether according to the formula:
R1f—O—[CF(CF3)—CF2O]n—CF(CF3)-A-Q1-Tk
wherein R1f represents a perfluorinated alkyl group, n is an integer of 3 to 25, A is a carbonyl group or CH2, Q1 is a chemical bond or an organic divalent or trivalent linking group and T represents a functional group capable of reacting with an isocyanate and k is 1 or 2, wherein the perfluorinated polyether group has a weight average molecular weight of at least 750 g/mol to about 100,000 g/mol;
(ii) an isocyanate component selected from a polyisocyanate compound that has at least 3 isocyanate groups or a mixture of polyisocyanate compounds wherein the average number of isocyanate groups per molecule is more than 2;
(iii) a non-fluorinated oxime blocking agent; and
(iv) optionally one or more co-reactants capable of reacting with an isocyanate group selected from the group consisting of water, monofunctional alcohols, diols and perfluoroaliphatic compounds of the formula:
(Rf4)x-L-Y,
wherein Rf4 represents a perfluoroaliphatic group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, L represents a non-fluorinated organic divalent or multi-valent linking group, Y represents an isocyanate-reactive functional group and x is an integer of 1 to 20, and
(B) a fluorochemical stain release compound.
