The following Indefinite-Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Coveralls, Blue, FRT. The coveralls will have a minimum quantity of 3,000 each, an Annual Estimated Quantity of 13,000, and a maximum quantity of 19,000. Three one-year term options will be included with a minimum of 3,000 each, an Annual Estimated Quantity of 13,000, and a maximum of 19,000 each. This procurement will be issued as a small business set-aside. Applicable specification for Coveralls, Blue, FRT is MIL-C-24945 dated 15 June 1988. Pattern Date March 28, 2003. The NSN is 8415-01-286-6336(s). Production lead-time is 180 days after the date of award with 3 monthly deliveries (minimum quantity). FOB Destination to Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance, Surge/Industrial Mobilization, and Socioeconomic Considerations.
