According to the file gpstd.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, "A-S testing
occured during the period 28 Apr 1200 UT to 03 May 0000 UT". It has also been
reported that A-S was in effect on May 6 (day 126). Our analyses include all
cross-correlated data, and have been processed using our AS processing strategy
(see jpl06867.sum, mistakenly referred to as 'jpl06967.sum' in last week's
report).

Also, according to the same file, PRN11/GPS08 was removed from service on
May 4, 1993 at 0020 UT. Hence, there are no orbit comparisons for this satellite
in our tables after this date (day 124).

WARNING: No warnings for GPS week 695.
