Gentlemen, I particularly object to the Do Not Call Registry opening a loophole to allow prerecorded message telemarketing into my home. I am already receiving such calls despite my telephone being registered with the Do Not Call Registry and it is very inconvenient. Should such a loophole be allowed I can not see the need for the Do Not Call Registry. Allowing the loophole in my opinion will make the Registry superfluous.
