I do not believe that it is in the best interest of private citizens to allow any unsolicited telemarketing calling. It took too long to get the limited restrictions we now have and to loosen these restrictions in any way I find unconscionable. But, then that is why I have caller ID so as not to have to answer these rude invasions of my privacy.
