More and more business email is necessary and as a quick way to communicate, as one of the benefits of our times, regardless over short or long distances. Originators of a lot of spam are not resident in this country and as such are beyond US laws. Do not punish the real businesspeople of this country for performing necessary communications in the course of regular business or business expansion. It is already difficult enough to comply with the Do Not Call List to check every available phone number before phoning what may be a potential customer. The benefits of using the telephone in these cases are shrinking, causing me as a practicing Realtor to make personal visits by car instead of using the telephone. By limiting my legitimate rights to use email this government is on a faster pace to putting me out of business and while my family struggles to earn a living.
