Empowerment Alliance of SW Florida

The following projects are within the Enterprise Community, which includes Eastern Hendry County, Immokalee and the Big Cypress and Immokalee Indian Reservations. The listing below includes the grants and loans that have been received since January 2000 to January 2001. The areas that are included in the Strategic Plan for the EC relate to Housing, Economic Development, Education and Training and Community Image and Pride. The total funding received for the following categories include:

Of the total amount of funding received for the Enterprise Community, $22,504,104 was in direct grants and $6,752,000 in low interest loans. Every dollar received in Federal Enterprise Community Funding was leveraged by $118 dollars in federal, state and private funding.
