PRON: AX8T1223AX, NOUN: Pump, Fuel, Jet Engine; NSN: 2915-01-565-2336; P/N: 751891-11, Quantity: 100 each minimum/500 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each 413 Days After contract Award (DACA) and then up to 100 each year until contract completion. First Article Test report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 20 each, 275 DACA and up to 100 each year until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This requirement is restricted to Hamilton Sundstrand (CAGE: 99167 & 73030) and General Electric (CAGE: 99207) because the government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
