Required delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each 413 Days After contract Award (DACA) and then up to 100 each year until contract completion. First Article Test report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 20 each, 275 DACA and up to 100 each year until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This requirement is restricted to Hamilton Sundstrand (CAGE: 99167 & 73030) and General Electric (CAGE: 99207) because the government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
