I am strongly opposed to making changes in the existing Do Not Call rules. It will enable every organization to claim a prior relationship with an individual and circumvent the intent of the original rule. The peace of not having annoying telemarketers calling all day and evening has been WONDERFUL!!!!! Please, no changes needed.
