Please do not allow companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing to American homes. When an individual has a business relationship with a company, the burden should be placed on the company to solicit through mails or direct face to face contact for the consumer's participation in a telephone contact option. The burden should not be placed on the consumer to attempt to opt out only after receiving a call. Some of the individuals, such as the elderly, cannot comprehend what these calls say and get very upset, frustrated and worried that they should be doing something and yet do not know what. Family cannot help since they do not know which company placed the call. The calls may upsetting and a general nuisance. STOP all calls of this nature. Thank you.
