Are you out of your minds? It will be chaos and totally defeat the purpose of the law. You can't be that stupid or believe the public is that naive. It will be Spam on the phone. If you don't mind, I would much prefer the occasional wardrobe malfuntion and the freedom of choice to turn off that idiot Stern should I find him offensive.
