I am strongly opposed to allowing this to be approved. The phone will still ring. The answering machine will still be filled with unwanted messages. The opt-out is useless as many companies do not honor the request, which is intrusive and time consuming. Let them use the USPS where there is a cost and where they can support a needed service with the postage. This is just another form of SPAM that should not be allowed.
