I strongly object to the proposed change that will allow telemarketing, in any form, to once again harass me. It does not matter whether the telemarketing harassment is prerecorded or not, the effect is the same. It is a disruption of my life and seems to occur at the least opportune times. Please do not allow prerecorded telemarketing, or any other type either.
