Do the nav files match the PRP data.? Often the PRP will be operating while the ship is in port and nav data are not being collected. In this case we need to supplement the nav data with the lat, lon, and heading the ship had while in port. Some sluething might be needed here.

Use FillDockTime.m to review the data.
