WIPP Docket No. A-98-49 contains information about EPA's oversight activities since the certification decision. These documents will be reviewed and considered in making the decision whether to recertify that the Department of Energy has complied with the conditions of certification or whether to modify, suspend, or revoke the certification. It is one of three EPA WIPP dockets.
