You can input 1 particular sub-brick to an analysis program using the syntax
'prefix+tlrc[3]'
on the command line, which means to select sub-brick #3 (starting at #0). Thus, you don't need to carve your input files up before sending them into 3dANOVA (et cetera). Note the need to put this syntax inside single quotes.bob cox
