1. Paragraph four (4) of RFI:
Current Version:
Max 60 watts of power when operated over the 16 to 32 VDC vehicle input power; 10-20 Foot Mast with Pneumatic or Electrical Winch Control operated from within the vehicle; and manual backup also operated from within the vehicle.

2. Change to paragraph four (4) of RFI:
Amended Version:
Max 60 watts of power (excluding the mast power) when operated over the 16 to 32 VDC vehicle input power; 10-20 Foot Mast with Pneumatic or Electrical Winch Control (consuming 1000 watts or less at 24 VDC with a 40 lb. payload) operated from within the vehicle; and manual backup also operated from within the vehicle.
