I am opposed to having the change . The current system seems to have stopped many of the telemarketing calls I had been receiving and I have been very pleased with it. The change requested, seems like just another gimmick by telemarketers to get around the current regulations and start their annoying calls again. How can a consumer tell a recording to stop calling?
