I strongly urge you not to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a recorded message. I have enjoyed a significant decrease in the telemarketing calls I receive since joining the do-not-call registry. I am particularly annoyed by recorded calls because there is no quick and easy way to determine who is calling and request that they not call again. Please do not allow this change.
