Summary (English)	Law 25827 enacted on 26 November 2003 and promulgated on 18 December 2003. The General Budget of Expenses and Resources of the Federal Government for Fiscal Year 2004 is approved. Articles 12, 28, 48 and 57 were partially vetoed; and articles 26, 35, 36, 43, 47, 81 to 85, 87, 89, 92, 94, 95, 98, 101 to 107 and 109 were totally vetoed by Decree 1290/18-12-03. Annexed schedules are not included. (111 articles; p. 1-9).
(Spanish)	Ley 25827 sancionada el 26 de noviembre de 2003 y promulgada parcialmente el 18 de diciembre de 2003. Aprueba el Presupuesto de Gastos y Recursos de la Administración Nacional para el Ejercicio 2004. Fueron observados parcialmente los artículos 12, 28, 48 y 57; y en forma total los artículos 26, 35, 36, 43, 47, 81 a 85, 87, 89, 92, 94, 95, 98, 101 a 107 y 109 por el Decreto 1290/18-12-03.
