I feel that the three major credit bureaus should not charge consumers for the personal credit information that is in each consumer's credit files, including the credit scores. The credit bureaus should allow the consumers to apply for free e-mail or internet access to their individual credit files and all the information in their personal files, including the credit scores should be available to each consumer much like the IRS deals with each taxpayer on a secure basis. If the US government can provide access to personal taxpayer information, then why should the credit bureaus be allowed to profit from information that has been given to them FREE OF CHARGE! Thank you for providing this forum for hearing consumer comments on this topic. Sincerely, Timothy Payseur
