1. A method for providing use by a customer of application software in a network connecting a server of a provider who performs the application software to provide services and a client machine of the customer for the application software comprising the steps of:
receiving inputs of a name of software that the customer wants to use, at least a name of a table that the customer wants to use while using the software, and a data use term, from the client machine;
calculating a fee by a processing unit on the basis of a predetermined fee schedule in accordance with the software, a kind of the table and the data use term and sending the calculated fee to the client machine;
collecting the fee and issuing a ticket file after receiving an input by the customer for purchasing the ticket file;
transmitting the ticket file to the client machine; and
receiving the ticket file from the customer and checking whether or not the ticket file is available, when the customer uses the application software based on the issued ticket file;
copying data of the table designated by information indicated by the ticket file from a data source memory unit and writing the data of the table on a data target memory unit, when the ticket file is available; and
performing the application software by using the data written in the data target memory unit and transmitting the performed result to the client machine.
