I am not in favor of any changes to the Do Not Call Registy. Any unwanted solicitation received during my private hours at home, pre-recorded or otherwise is annoying to say the least, especially when it comes during the dinner hour or late evening. I am more inclinded to read an advertisement that I receive through the mail or one that is included with my daily news paper than I am to listen to someone who doesn't understand the meaning of "I am not interested". I have enjoyed the absence of these calls and I hope it doesn't change.
