2007-08-29 - MODIS Data Used to Help NASA Eye Coastal Water Quality A recent article on the Earth Observatory discusses how ,armed with data from two NASA satellites, researchers have invented a way to map the fleeting changes in coastal water quality from space. One of the instruments being used in this research is the MODIS instrument aboard the Aqua satellite.
