This proposed change would be an abomination. The FTC has done a fair job of halting undesired, privacy invading, infuriating telemarketing in the last year. Do not waver now. If anything, the use of pre-recorded messaging and telemarketing is worse than having a living person call you. If you must cave in to this garbage, at LEAST make it an opt IN program. But the vast majority of the populace will agree with me - put them on HOLD! Thank you for allowing me to comment (vent?).
