I can't believe that you are trying to create a loophole for telemarketers that would enable them to get around the DO NOT CALL list. Whose side are you on anyway? When I signed up to be on the DO NOT CALL list I meant that I do not want to receive telemarketing calls of any kind EVER. What do you not understand about the words DO NOT CALL? This is supposed to be OUR government, FOR THE PEOPLE. We made our intention clear. Why won't you honor what the people asked for? It's a disgrace that I even have to waste ten minutes of my time writing this message. Am I angry? You bet I am!
