Please do not amend the "do not call"list to “allow telemarketers to use prerecorded messages when they call consumers with whom they have an established business relationship.” I am registered on the list and although I still get calls from the occasional telemarketer it is significantly better than it was. I have established relationships with a lot of businesses and if they can't have a human being call me, I don't want to hear from them. I pay for my telephone to keep in touch with friends and family and to use for personal business. If I need to contact a company wth which I have an established relationship I will call them. I don not pay for my telephone so that business can bombard me with unwanted recorded advertisements and interrupt my time with my family.
