Summary (English) |
The amendment of 17 May 2000 applies to the Organic Statute For Irrigation Associations, and covers most articles. Due to the streamlining of the Taiwan provincial government, it shall be no longer the competent authority under this statute and revises related provisions (41 provisions, p.21-27).
