Summary (English) |
The amendment of 23 May 2001 applies to the Organic Act For Courts. The essential points are:
1) To revise the provisions regarding a high court’s prosecutor who may be elevated to higher ranking in case of being assigned to a district court (Article 66) 2) To specify that the Judicial Yuan shall enact regulations governing the distribution of annual assignment in connection with judges handling civil, criminal cases and other special professional types of cases. (Article 79)(2 provisions, p.7) |
