In Section B.1 the phrase "under the terms of a transaction that the recipient has previously agreed to enter into with the sender" (or something similar) should be added to all the statements. Otherwise I can recieve email from Bank B telling me how my agreement/interest rate/etc. with Bank A is not as good as I can get from them. The same would apply to software, telephone serveice, etc.. Section C: With today's technology, removal of a recipient's name from a database can be easily automated. Anything longer than 24 hours is unnecessary and unreasonable. Section D.1: Spoofed sender's address.
