will be accompanied by scattered to numerous showers and isolated
thunderstorms. the front will pass through the waters tonight
through early tuesday morning. winds and seas will remain below
headline criteria through tuesday. then as high pressure builds
across the marine area tuesday night and wednesday ... winds will
veer to the east and approach exercise caution levels.
