Madam or Sir, I am adamently opposed to any rule making that allows further entities to leave canned messages on my voice mail. The correct direction for rules to go is the other way. I don't want ANY telemarketing from any organization, charitable, political or from any business that does not have written authorization from me. Such authorization should be grantable for no more than 12 calendar months. I received in excess of 4 junk voice messages a day during the elections and receive several a month from bogus businesses that may have some obscure tie to me. Thank-you for considering my views.
