The FTC is proposing a TSR amendment allowing prerecorded calls from telemarketing companies. I have already signed the National Do Not Call Registry. To me, that means "DO NOT CALL!" What is it that you don't understand about those three words? Please don't weaken the Registry by caving in to the telemarketers and creating a huge loophole.
