Dear Sirs, I strongly object to allowing pre-recorded calls to customers where there is a preexisting relationship. The "preexisting relationship" idea is tenuous, and certainly not permission to call. Pre-recorded calls are the worst form, of a bad form of advertising in any case. Thank you/Peter Buckley
