2006-07-03 - Atmospheres Data Processing The latest schedule for Collection 5 atmospheres data processing is as follows. Collection 5 Aqua atmospheres reprocessing and forward processing started April 10 and will be completed by 7/15/2006. Terra atmospheres Collections 5 reprocessing is expected to start on 7/16 and will be completed by 12/14/2006. A Collection 5 Terra forward processing chain will start NLT 7/16/2006. The initial interval to be reprocessed will be datadays January 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006 and then the rest of the Terra period will follow. All Collection 5 Level-1, geolocation and atmospheres products including browse and cloud mask/profiles from both forward processing and reprocessing will be archived in the Level-1 and Atmospheres Archive and Distribution System (LAADS). The LAADS will be open to the general community probably in late July.
