Note: This list includes all devices that FDA historically believed either were being reprocessed or were being considered for reprocessing. It is not a current list of devices known to be reprocessed in the United States today. \A\Risk categorization may be either:
1 = low risk according to RPS
2 = moderate risk according to RPS
3 = high risk according to RPS
3* = high risk due to neurological use
