I strongly urge you to not allow telemarketers or companies to make prerecorded calls just because I have an "established business relationship" with them. Buying something from a company or inquiring about their products and services does NOT mean that I want them to disturb the quiet of my home. I oppose the proposed rule on prerecorded telemarketing calls. Please do not pass proposed rule. Regards, James Goodner
