The Philadelphia office’s territory covers Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with two branches located in Philadelphia and two branches in Newark, New Jersey. The Philadelphia office is headed by Field Director Velda M. Griffin and includes four Assistant Field Directors, 44 auditors, one Computer Audit Specialist, and two administrative personnel. The field office is engaged in diverse areas of audits, including Focused Assessments, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Office of Field Operations assists, and audits relating to Textile Transshipment, Antidumping Duties, Intellectual Property Rights, and User Fees. The Philadelphia office is also spearheading agriculture audits, as well a new Regulatory Audit initiative on Ability to Pay audits.Philadelphia Field Office
